Our fees include the hourly, weekly or hourly rate quoted plus $11 per day vehicle insurance fee and refundable deposit which varies by vehicle. Your Empire representative will detail all fees when you receive your quote and invoice.

WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS TO RENT A VEHICLE?

You must be 21 or older to rent a vehicle and possess a valid drivers license. Renters must show valid ID along with completing our rental agreement prior to pickup. HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?

We recommend reserving a vehicle as soon as possible because we do book up very quickly. If a vehicle is available, you can rent as soon as an hour ahead of time.

We are open each day from 8am to 8pm. Your vehicle would be due back at the time you rented on the day of return. So, if you picked up at 5pm, the vehicle would be due back on your return date at the same time, 5pm.

HOW TO PROM AND SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS WORK?

Prom and special event rentals are quoted by the day and include a chauffeur driver with your rental. We will request a pick up time and can be contacted 30 minutes ahead of time for your drop-off. Our driver can assist with photos if needed and will remain in your area during your rental timeframe.
